Refund & Return Policy – SPS Agripure Foods/ Brand- SPSnaturals


SPS Naturals products are edible food-grade items, and therefore are generally non-returnable. However, we understand that issues can occur during shipping or handling.

We offer refunds or replacements within a short, defined window if you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product. Customers must provide clear photographic or video evidences.

1. Act Immediately


If you notice any issue, you must notify customer support within 24 hours

Claims made after this period may not be eligible.


2. Provide Proof (Mandatory)


To process your refund or replacement, you must submit:


Clear photos/videos of the damaged, leaking, defective, expired, or wrong item delivered


Image of the batch number and packaging condition


Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice)



This evidence is required to validate your claim.


3. Valid Conditions for Refund or Replacement


You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:


The product is damaged or leaked during transit


The product delivered is expired or near expiry


You received a wrong item


The product packaging is tampered or defective


The quantity or variant received is incomplete or incorrect



Note:

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or if the product has been opened/used (unless defect is proven).

Products without original packaging


Products returned due to personal taste preference
