SPS Naturals products are edible food-grade items, and therefore are generally non-returnable. However, we understand that issues can occur during shipping or handling.

Image of the batch number and packaging condition
Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice)
This evidence is required to validate your claim.
3. Valid Conditions for Refund or Replacement
You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:
The product is damaged or leaked during transit
The product delivered is expired or near expiry
You received a wrong item
The product packaging is tampered or defective

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or if the product has been opened/used (unless defect is proven).
