Our Process

 

HARVESTING

During harvest season our farmers work 24 hours a day to collect the highest quality seeds when they are at their best and deliver them to the tractors for loading into trucks.

CRUSHING SEEDS TO OIL

The process of turning our seeds into oil is as simple as cleaning and crushing. We simply crush the seeds in our wooden Kohlus without the use of any heat and chemicals. The oil is then left for sedimentation for a few days and then it is ready to be delivered.

PACKAGING 

The process of packaging involves the packaging mustard oil in fassai approved food grade standard containers.
